Commercialization Report

If you are submitting an STTR-only application and have received SBIR/STTR Phase II awards from any Federal agency, attach the SBA Company Commercialization Report (CCR) from SBIR.gov.  Extensive, step-by-step instructions can be found here.  Applicants must provide a CCR for each SBIR/STTR Phase II award that they have received.  Applicants will need to sign into their company dashboard on SBIR.gov to complete the report(s). Special attention should be paid to the “Do’s and Don’ts” section of the instructions as these will help applicants avoid common errors.  A sample CCR provided by SBIR.gov is included at right.
