Follow the steps mentioned below to remove a user from the institution:

1. Identify the user to be removed from the institution through the institution folder.
2. Click on Actions and then click on Remove Institution to remove the user from the institution.
1. Note: Once a user has been removed from the institution he/she cannot be added back through PAMS. The user needs to call the call center for PAMS to get added back to the institution.
