Optional Forms

The forms that are included in the application workspace of Grants.gov that are designated as "optional," are the Disclosure of Lobbying Activities (SF-LLL) form and the R&R Subaward Budget form.  Although the workspace may indicated that they are optional, in certain cases they are in fact required.  For instance, if the application includes a subcontractor or, in the case of an STTR application a Research Institution, the Subaward Budget form is required.  Please review the information for each form to determine whether or not it is required.
