Follow the steps mentioned below to remove a user from the institution:
- Identify the user to be removed from the institution through the institution folder.
- Click on Actions and then click on Remove Institution to remove the user from the institution.
- Note: Once a user has been removed from the institution he/she cannot be added back through PAMS. The user needs to call the call center for PAMS to get added back to the institution.
